The report should not be specific to whether or not the toggle is turned on as there are multiple ways to tax exempt a reservation including building the code as such. The report should pull any and all reservation that did not get sales tax applied regardless of how it was accomplished so it can be used as an auditing function instead of having to hunt through the daily journal.
