Wishing there was a way we could change the headings in the confirmation letter.
We do not charge a 'resort fee' and some persons get upset about it. What we do charge is Service Charge.
We would want this to say "GST Tax" and "Service Charge" instead of "taxes & Fees" and "resort fee".
Any chance this is something we can change?
