The current A/R reporting functionality has two significant gaps that make billing and account management difficult for properties with active A/R accounts.
1. The A/R Summary report lacks a date selection option, making it impossible to view A/R activity for a specific period without manually filtering exported data.
2. There is no ability to run a statement for an individual A/R account in isolation. The current process requires pulling the full A/R report and manually isolating account-specific data, which is time-consuming and error-prone.
Requested outcome:
Add a date range selector to the A/R Summary report, and add the ability to generate and print/export a statement for a single selected A/R account.
