With guests wanting more than just a room, we would like the option to offer packages on our website that include Add-ons. Unfortunately, SNT does not support
inclusive addons at the reservation level from the CRS. When the reservation processes into the PMS the Add-ons are included in the 1st night room rate AND also as separate Add-on fees which causes double billing issues and guest complaints (legitimate complaints). There should be a way to offer Inclusive Packages on the website that are supported in the PMS.
