Generate a group by individual bookings for a collective receipt

Dear SnT team,
is it possible to create a group with an ar account out of individual bookings?
F.i.: We have a few people who booked direct via mail and the info for a joint receipt came 2 weeks later. We were asked to create a collective receipt and send the receipt afterwards for payment to the company. Is there a way to creat a group afterwards or do we have to cancel the bookings and create a new group and lock the rooms and put the ar account behind for the bill routing?
