creating Notes without rooms

Hi - can you share some examples of notes / actions you are looking to add without linking to a guest or reservation with existing functionality? That will help me either help you find a workaround or for our development team to have a better understanding of what you are looking for.

is there a feature where we can put notes/actions into the system without linking it to a room?
I know we can set notes to guest accounts and let them appear at every booking they do. But is it possible to create an action as well?
