Putting a booking into a group after creating an individuel booking

Hey SnT

is it possible to put a booking into a already existing group except via the rooming list?
I would like to change a booking made via mail and put in the system from a coworker into an already existing group.
Is there a nice work flow or do i have to cancel the booking that was made by my colleague and type the name in via the rooming list from the group.
