Add “Direct Bill” as a Payment Method When Cancelling a Booking

When cancelling a reservation that is allowed to be charged to an A/R account, we are required to select a payment method in order to post the charges. Currently, Direct Bill is not available as a payment option in this process. As a result, the charges have to be posted manually before the invoice can be sent to the relevant A/R account.
It would be helpful if Direct Bill could be selected as a payment method during cancellation, so the charges are posted automatically and the invoice can be generated and emailed directly to the corresponding A/R account.
