We need to be able to archive room types that no longer exist. We have remodeled our resort and have changed some of the rooms. We can deactivate the room so it does not sell but they remain on a long list of rooms we do not need to see. I do not want to delete them because all of the data will delete with them for guest cards, reports, etc...
