Please stop making the invoice email option in the 'A/R Transactions' tab locked into being an "A/R Information Invoice"! Let me unclick the box like you normally can in other bills, so that it only says "Invoice" when I email it out to a company or print it.
So, with A/R routing on the guest's reservation it 'Locks' the Bill. If there are wrong/incorrect charges you have to go to the A/R Account's 'Transactions' tab for that company and fix the charges there. But, when you try to send an invoice from there with the corrected charges, it's again 'Locked' into being an, "A/R Information Invoice". Companies don't like seeing the word "Information" and won't often accept it as an actual invoice, but rather as an "Account Statement".
SOOOOOO, I find myself having to print the corrected invoice from 'Transactions', white out the words "A/R Information", then scanning the document as a PDF and re-sending manually. It's very annoying and becoming increasingly frustrating. Please
