Thank you for sharing your feedback - it's been passed along to our product team. In the meantime, I wanted to highlight the User Permission Report we have available as a scheduled export for each property. This might help you audit your users and their assigned user roles.
Need improved user access/permissions
Right now granting access to manage users for a hotel gives access to assign any security role which allows the users to bypass restrictions. Additionally due to inability to pull user/role security reports for portfolio means we cannot reasonably audit
1. Need to be able to pull all user settings, and permissions settings for all hotels in portfolio
2. Need hotel operators to be able to manage password resets and user creation for low security roles (housekeeping, front desk) withOUT the ability to assign higher level roles
