Financial Transactions - Adjustment Report, additional column request to be included

In the current form of the Financial Transactions - Adjustment Report, the remark column only includes narrative that has been used when using the Edit Charge function in the Adjustment Reason field.
However it is not always feasible for this function to be used, as an example for Direct Bill credits. These adjustments to the revenue have to be posted as a minus figure using the Add Charge function which means the reasons for the adjustments are not included in the report.
So would it be possible to also add the Reference & Description field as an additional column on this report so that all narrative is captured?
