Dynamic Content for Confirmation Emails - IBE and PMS

For confirmation letters:

The ability to add dynamic content based on booked elements would benefit multiple hotels. 

Specific items:

Rate Code

Group Information including any Notes all parties should know

Specific Cancellation and deposit policies based on what was booked
