Question about how to display allocated group rooms on room Diary

Stoweflake Mountain Resort and Spa would like to see if there is a way to put some kind of induction on the Room Diary grid to show rooms allocated but not yet pickup. That way if a staff try to Book room from the Room Diary screen, then they will be able to see the the rooms are allocated already. This is to prevent overbooking.
