Hi Margaret! Hope you are doing well.
I'm going to mark this as completed because we already offer this - when running the In-House Guest Report, make sure to expand the Options dropdown and select "INCL GUEST NOTES" (guest card notes) and "INCL RES. NOTES" (reservation specific notes, or notes that are shared from an attached entity).
It would be very helpful if the guest notes and reservation notes could be added to this report. Otherwise there is no way to know what needs guest that are not arrivals are in house may need.
