There is setting for overall reservation early departure penalty to be toggled on/off, but it would be beneficial to have this toggle available on group blocks individually.
We at Sioux Falls ClubHouse have many sports teams, especially during the summer months, that are contracted early departure fees if they check out prior to the originally contracted departure date.
Currently we have to manually track and post as we see this, but sometimes clerks do miss this. It would help greatly to have a prompt to post early departure fee when checkout dates are changed after check-in, similar to how the cancellation penalty pop up prompt occurs.
