I am a Central Reservationist handling the 9 Great Ohio Lodges. A big part of our role is staying updated with each property's status (ex: pool closures, construction, internet, upcoming events, etc.). Right now, our main form of communication is via phone calls with the front desk, and at times this can be inconvenient for many reasons, especially around check-in and check-out times. As we are typically the first line of contact before the Front Desk, it is imperative that we have easy and effective channels to communicate; doing so, on our own booking system, would be exponentially easier. Our request involves StaynTouch integrating features that would allow us to
post updates for individual properties,
view all property updates in one place (maybe filter by property), and
share/receive updates in real time between us and the front desks
These things would provide aid to giving the best service possible with our guests. Thank you!
