It would be helpful if when a room upsell was done during the check-in process at the front desk, a note would populate in the notes section, as it does when someone purchases the upsell during the guest mobility process.
This would help us know that an extra fee has been added to the room and why the deposit amount has changed. We can see the room type change, but there is no way to know if it was a comp upgrade or for a fee unless digging into the activity log.
