I had an idea to add a drop-down menu somewhere in the dashboard page or on the search bar to allow a user to see the last 10-15 reservations that they have been to.
This will allow a user to go back and make sure that any notes, cancellations, or anything else will not be missed if there is heavy call volume, like our properties.
