Need to create a new charge code

We need to create a new charge code under Miscellaneous Revenue.  The account code should be 45066 and the description should read Grp Cancellation-Attrition.  Detailed description (if available) should be" Income from fees charged for cancellation penalties for large groups and meeting spaces.  Not to be used for individual guest room no show charges.

Please map this to the same account number in Profit Sword.  Would it be possible to notify me when this ticket is completed as we have several accounts that need to be handled using this.  Feel free to call me if you have any questions at 804-644-3430.
