When a room is upsold in SNT, there is not an icon or button that shows you where the upgrade charge is posted. You can see the room type change, but the upsell is not added as an add-on or list anywhere in notes as far as I can tell except for in the Activity Log. It would be help if there was somewhere in the Stay Card to denote that a fee has been applied for the upsell.

John Rutledge House Inn - If there is a way to make this easy to see on the guest stay card in order to trace it and be able to remove or adj when necessary.
