Is it possible for no show bookings to stay in the diary, with no need to reinstate them?
The problem we currently have is, for guests who booked more than 1 night, but for some reason they did not arrive on the first night, when the EOD happens, the booking is removed from the diary, and the room is open for a new booking. If the guest arrives after the EOD, or the following day, the room will probably no longer be available.
Would it be possible for the booking to be processed as no show, but remain in the diary until a team member removes it, so the room will not be open for sale until we investigate it and decide to open the availability?
Currently we are checking the room in even if the guest does not arrive, just so wwe can contact the guest the following day to see if they still need the room. This messes with our reports, and it is not an ideal solution.

Please let me know what options we have.
