Blackstone Mountain Lodge would like the feature that when a reservation is cancelled that has Actions associated to the reservation, the actions get removed so it no longer appears in the Action Manager module. If there is an action applied to the reservation it doesn't remove it - the agent has to actively remember to remove it which isn't always that straight forward.
