For Giri Hotels
Each 92-day segment creates a separate folio. To present a complete financial history in court, I would need to print out all the different folios and if a guest got behind and we needed to check her out of her currentl reservation due to being at the 92 day maximun we would need to process a negative guest balance forward. In court i would need to compile all folios and see what date they got behind in payment and explain why the guest balance forward is on the folio. There is more room for error with the process.
