If I load new rates, I have to push a sync for every rates which causes lots of data traffic - in the past we had a delay of actualizing our availabilities for the same day by 40 minutes which caused overbookings. It would be great if there is a way to only push a sync for certain rates. As the support team explained, the rate push under Hotel&staff/Tools/rate sync is only within SNT.

Dear
Support Team
I
have created two new rates: GRP_ARTA_BB and GRP_ARTV_BB, and matched them to
VerticalBooking. As far as I am aware, the rates should have appeared
automatically, but I could not see any on VerticalBooking.
I
then performed a manual rate sync (under Settings > Hotel & Staff >
Resync rates), but was still unable to see any rates in VerticalBooking.
However,
when I tried to push a manual sync for the whole hotel for 22 October 2025
(under Settings > Integrations > CRS > VerticalBooking >
Synchronise Rate Inventory + Restriction), I could see the rate for this day in
VerticalBooking very quickly.
Therefore,
I would like to know the differences between the two types of sync and how they
work.
We
have experienced several overbooking situations caused by submitting too much
data via a manual sync. This is why I tried to sync the rates only, which is
obviously not a reliable solution.
