Forecast feature for housekeeping manager

I am a smaller site with in house rooms and separate cabins on our property. I need a feature that displays each days numbers of in house arrivals, inhouse stay overseas and in house departures as well as a other that separately lists the same for cabins- my cabin arrivals and departures all on a day by day basis and also be able to look about a week or twos various room status ahead of time. This information is how I create my work schedule which let's me know how many housekeepers I need that day and who to bring in since some of my staff are more proficient in one area or the other. I find lots of similair reports that give me a total number of departures how ever none of those reports allow me to break down house and cabins separately, and how many arrivals I have incoming separately. I also feel creating this report for my scheduling would also help the other regions heads of housekeeping of our company.
