Insufficient Funds Notification

We have had a few instances where after a room cancellation, the refund issued bounced back to us for “insufficient fund in account” reasons, even though our bank account had enough funds for such refunds. These bounce backs went unnoticed until our guests received their credit card statements and called us. Is it possible to set up an automatic notification from StayNTouch when such a bounce back happens, so we can avoid such an inconvenience for our guests? These bounce backs do not happen instantly, so there is no way of knowing right away, since there is a processing delay. A notification would give us the opportunity to catch the refund bounce back before the guest.
