Black List Alert

I am not sure if the option Flag Guest puts him on a Black List. It would be cool if they made another reservation with that email or name. We can see a visible ALERT so that we can deny their check-in. It happened to us a few times that a couple of blacklisted guess come back to the hotel. Also, it will be helpful to see and edit that Black list, we are currently using Google Docs, but it is inefficient. Thank You.
