You could try adding an action to the reservation for the departure date - we showed this in the recent "Office Hours" session on Optimizing Housekeeping. While that doesn't change the task on the housekeeper's board, it does remind the Housekeeping team that it is a pet room departure and they can add a note to the board or tell the assigned housekeeper.

We are requesting that a pet room shows up on the housekeeping sheets. That way they can remember to bring in lint rollers for the hair etc. Housekeepers and front desk would definitely benefit from this.

Thank you for your feedback! We have shared it with our product team for future enhancement consideration.
A potential workaround for this in the meantime would be to utilize the "On Stay Card" functionality for the Stayover task and create an alternative Stayover task called "Pet in Room Stayover" - the team could update that on the stay card when a guest has a pet so that the housekeeping team is aware.
Since you do not have this already turned on, it would require a bit of work on your end to enable and update the future reservations on the books. If you'd like assistance talking this through, let us know.

Cobblestone in Mosinee, WI is also requesting that pet rooms show up on the housekeeping sheets.
Is there anyway to notify on a departure clean that it is a pet room from the Stay Card? Could I Create a linen change option and would that work upon departure?
