Setting to block Kiosk Check In before Arrival time

A guest can make a reservation at 3:00am for arrival that day, and show up moments later and check in - AND NOT BE CHARGED FOR ROOM & TAX for that night. Therefore, we'd like to prevent kiosk users from being able to check in before a set time to prevent someone for staying a free night.

Silver Collection Hotel would like the option to setup arrival time for Kiosk check In to prevent guest Check-In early before site specified arrival Check Time.
