The group confirmation letters that are being sent out are a bit misleading as the booking date is printed with huge writing on the top and the group arrival date is hardly visible and does not include the year in the arrival date.
If it is not possible to make them customizable - at least add the following
- the booking date is either specified as a booking date and reduced in size - or just remove it completely. - arrival date & departure date need be added on - add number of nights.
