Hi Anthony,
From a usage of Stayntouch perspective, there is not a huge difference. Using a standard computer for Front Office tasks allows users a bit more flexibility to use other programs that cannot be used on an iPad (or not as easily) and you can use larger monitors. An iPad tends to look very sleek, and is generally considered to be a bit more portable. If you go with an iPad, we would suggest going with the larger sizes.
