RESTRICT CHARGES TO CLOSED ACCOUNTS

Hi Laura -
This is a permission based ability - if you remove the permission "Post/Move Charges to Closed Accounts" from the affected user roles (via Settings > Hotel & Staff > Permissions > click on the user roles on the left hand side) you will not have this problem.
Right now, you can still transfer and post charges to closed accounts which is counter productive. It would make the most sense that you can only post or transfer charges to open accounts.
