Group Proforma Formatting

Majestic Inn Feature Request - Group Proforma Formatting 

Would like the Group Proforma folio to be formatted differently

• Folio to include what information is being shown such as date, charge, occupancy 
• Indent charges
• Tourist tax to not be group cumulatively for each day. 
• Remove occupancy number next to room type
