Add a filter in the configure tab to search by name in the Reservation by User report please

Since we are unable to search 2019 and older reservations by guest name the "old" way due to performance enhancements please add a filter to the "reservation by user" report to be able to search by guest name as well within a timeframe
Searching by guest card does not work if they book in a different manner than in the past ; i.e. an OTA versus direct booking ; the prior reservations will not appear in "history" in the drop down
