We have a number of cancellations that get processed in StayNTouch or through the web booking engine (Skipper/Safara). Currently we have to run a report to find these cancellations then manually process them one by one. This is tedious and not much value add. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy to get the first night deposit refund.
As a user, I want cancellations processed in the PMS or web booking engine to automatically refund the guest subject to a configurable cancellation policy, so that our team doesn't need to do repetitive, manual tasks and can focus on serving our guests.
