Ability to block room types on a group/block with no occupancy specified

When rooms are blocked for a group, we currently have to specify the occupancy of those rooms, but we very rarely know how many will be singles, doubles or triples at the point of blocking the rooms. If we block all as singles and then a guest calls to utilize one of the rooms but with double occupancy, no availability is returned during the booking process and the guest is incorrectly turned away.
If we are able to block the rooms with no occupancy specified, the number of allowed occupants configured per room type can/should govern whether the room type should be returned as available, or not.

I concur, we shouldn't need to specify how many of each room type by occupancy, as we don't know how many people will be in each room
