Scheduled Interface Service Migration for pms.eu.stayntouch.com: February 27, 2025

We will be performing a scheduled interface service migration on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 12am to 1am CEST (February 26 from 6pm to 7pm EST) for customers using https://pms.eu.stayntouch.com. The upgrade is expected to take approximately 60 minutes in the background, in which the interface service will be unavailable for no longer than 20 minutes. This will not affect the PMS application, but communication with the following external vendors via the interface will temporarily be down, but once the migration is complete, the integrations will be back up and running.

  • Comtrol – This integration will fail during the 20-minute period.
  • Toast POS – This integration will fail during the 20-minute period, so please refrain from posting room charges during this time.
  • Derbysoft – Messages will fail during the 20-minute period. After the migration, you will need to manually download or resend the messages from the originating system.
  • STAAH – Messages will fail during the 20-minute period. After the migration, you will need to manually download or resend the messages from the originating system.
  • Sync OTA Integrations: Only inbound messages will be impacted; therefore, the vendor will have to initiate a sync. Please contact the respective vendor to sync any data that has failed during the 20-minute time period.
    • IDeaS
    • Juyo
    • Rainmaker
    • RevControl
  • The following integrations will queue the requests and process them as soon as the maintenance is complete:
    • Pegasus/TravelTripper

    • D-Edge

    • TravelClick/Amadeus

    • SiteMinder

    • Cubilis

    • Vertical Booking

    • Windsurfer/Wave

    • SynXis

    • Duetto

    • Delphi

    • Revinate

    • Cendyn

Once the interface service is restored, communication with integration partners will resume as usual.

This service migration will be performed during off-peak hours to have minimal impact on operations. Our Integrations Team will be contacting each of our interface vendors, so please refrain from reaching out to vendors directly.
