I agree - the Room Status shortcuts are so helpful! There is an easy way to rectify this - in Settings > Hotel & Staff > User Roles - update the Front Office Staff role (and any others who want it) to have the "Manager" dashboard. Then, in Settings > Hotel & Staff > Users, go into those existing users, update the Dashboard to Manager in the bottom left corner, and then the next time they log-in they will see those Room Status shortcuts. I don't find there is any sensitive information on the Manager dashboard that would keep you from allowing non-managers to use it.

Everyone should be able to see the bottom row that says Rooms, that shows occupied rooms, vacant ready, vacant dirty rooms, out of order rooms. Not only managers log in should be able to see that bottom row. Too many busy nights front desk switch rooms and don’t easily know that they have rooms saying dirty. If everyone’s log in can see that row it would be so beneficial
