Default settings in Accounts to have the Non-Zero Balance Unchecked

Pensacola Suites Hotel would prefer to have the Non Zero Balance unchecked by default when navigating from Front Desk > Accounts - They always have to uncheck the box when trying to pull up Suite Shop, Gift Shop, or any other accounts where there is a zero balance. The Property accesses these accounts frequently so it just add an extra step since these accounts would typically always have a zero balance.
