Rooms and Rates: Room Type Rate Selection

When booking a reservation, on the rooms and rates screen and sorting by room type, the listed price without opening the dropdown is the lowest rate on the sequence, labeled "Best Available Rate". With Sioux Falls ClubHouse, our base rate is called "Best Available Rate" which causes a confusion for staff on why it is labeled that and at a much lower rate amount than what our BAR is for a particular day. There should be option to change this in settings and assign that top rate, rather than it being automatically designated to the lowest rate available.
