At Sioux Falls ClubHouse, we would find it very beneficial to be able to read keys from the PMS. Having to open our Key Program to do this kind of defeats the purpose of it being integrated into StaynTouch.
Along with this, we think there should be option to make a single use key for room numbers NOT assigned to a reservation or on a reservation that has been checked out. There are many times that guests will come back after checking out, left item in room etc., and need to get a key again. If this is after checkout time, or if the reservation was checked out, it takes much too long to have to re-check in the guest, alter the checkout time, then make the key.
