Thank you for your feedback! We will make sure it is shared with the product team. In the meantime though, many hotels have found success using the shared company card note functionality that was released last summer in lieu of shared rate code notes (and having the rate code attached to that company or travel agent's contract). Have you tried that? Agreed! this should be a priority for SNT to develop.

It would be helpful if we can attach a rate note that can pop up for all reservations made with a specific rate code.
