Cancellation Reports Need a Field Showing Date of Booking

Cancellaiton reports need to heave this feature especially in California due to the new law passed in July 2024 that states:
"all hotel reservations will be required to offer free cancellations for 24-hours after the booking confirmation is sent, subject to some conditions. Specifically, the measure only applies to bookings made at least 72-hours in advance of the stay"
This will allow ther hotels to quickly review cancellation reports and determine which of them are eligible to be charged.
