Create credit card processing fee of 4% of entire folio. I want it to be for in-house folios only.

I created a credirt card card fee in December of 4% and attached it to charge code, room, pet fee and parking. It posted just the way we wanted it. We are requesting now to have a 4% credit card processing fee on the entire balance of the in-house folio so that it does not make a folio with multiple separate credit card processing fee postings on it.
