A Duplicate Report would be an asset for hotels. This function would make a streamline process to benefit the front desk team to work together with the housekeeping team. This report helps identify guests who are departing and arriving with a matching name, this identifies guests who have back-to-back reservations. The report can be used to convey to all Departments that it is a stayover, and guarantee during a check-in process allow front desk to convey to guests that they have another booking with the hotel and be able to confirm, cancel, and let guests know the process that the hotel requires for all reservation status (a Deposits required for each reservation). There are no last-minute surprises for front desk teams, housekeeping teams, and most importantly guests.
