Reservation data in Custom export has membership and membership level fields for selection. When a property enable FFP membership program and/or hotel loyalty program, they are unable extract the membership number and the only way to do this, is to use the Clairvoyix report which does not allow a hotel flexibility to select certain parameter or select only relevant fields that they needed. It would be desirable to have the membership number available in custom export for selection.
Clique properties uses FFP and Hotel Loyalty program, and would be helpful for them.
