It would be very helpful and convenient if there an out of order / out of service section in the system that would show ALL OOO/OOS rooms from present day to future with information on why it is out.
Currently, the only way I've found to look at OOO/OOS rooms is through the report and I have to choose dates.
Also, to update an OOO/OOS room you have to pull up the report and then go into the room status for that room and just update the days. I haven't found a way where you can actually go into the OOO/OOS reason and just update the reason or update the dates.
A way to semi solve this would be to be able to click into the room in the report and go to a section where we are able to edit the OOO/OOS.
Still a specific section in the system without having to pull up a report would be best.

I would love to be able to click on an OOO room in the room diary and see the reason it is OOO. Agree with above that finding reason for OOO is too complicated.
