Improve flow for taking full payment upon arrival / during check in process

Giri Hotels takes full payment upon arrival for all charges. While we do fully support this via a deposit rule schedule (set to collect 100% nightly on the day of arrival and exclude from auto collection), their front desk teams are finding this a little clunky because:
It prompts them to take payment every time they access the reservation on the day of arrival (not just when the guest is checking in)
There is not an opportunity to confirm all the stay details and add add-ons / enhancements to the reservation first - the workaround (which is a bit cumbersome) is that they close the pop up, confirm details/add an add-on if needed, back out of the reservation, and then click back into it and use the pop up. They have to navigate out and back in because they cannot use the Deposit/Balance button to collect payment... the credit card will not save to the booking when using that.
It would be ideal instead for the property to have an option to collect full estimated charges on Bill 1 AFTER clicking the green check in button.
