Update or Allow Modification to Commission Hierarchy

Current Commission Hierarchy places final commission % at Rate Code level.
Requesting ability to allow Travel Agent Card commission % to serve as final commission calculated on that particular stay.
We have instances where a rate is established as commissionable at "standard" 10% commission, setting 10% as the commission in the Rate configuration, but then may offer a higher commission (e.g. 15%) to specific Travel Agents or Consortia. If we update their individual Travel Agent Cards to the higher commission, that is not taken into account when their Travel Agent Card is attached to the reservation because the Rate Code commission is used to calculate commission. This requires manual override of commission for bookings made by those specific Travel Agents or Consortia.
